Box Hill School near Dorking, Surry will be staging Arthur Miller’s The Crucible from Wednesday 7 – Friday 9 December, performances starting at 7.30pm.
The Crucible is of course a challenging and gripping play, and with rehearsals ongoing since September, we feel confident that the production will be a real triumph, and worthy of consideration not only for parents, but also for the wider community.
We have chosen to stage this production in the round and hope to create and involve the audience in the intensity of the melting pot that is Salem in 1692.
The cast includes pupils from across the school’s student body from Year 7 to 13 for a truly whole school production. Rehearsals are nearing completion as we move towards the final phase of technical and dress rehearsal with full performance support.
Tickets are in demand for this show and early booking is advised. Tickets will be £15 for adults and £5 for under 16’s .
Tickets available from Reception (01372 373382).
